Treasures On Main will not be held responsible for theft of information, injury, death, fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, defective items, viruses, shipping delays, inability to use the site or any of its features.
Product Inventory
Most items are in used condition. Items are usually one item with no opportunity for more. The user accepts this term and realizes a damaged item can not be replaced for the exact item.
Warranty
Treasures On Main provides items on an "as is" basis. Most but not limited to merchandise is in used condition. User agrees to this term without legal claims pertaining but not limited to.
Liability Limits
Treasures On Main or its helpers, volunteers or vendors shall not be liable for any lost profits or revenues due to damaged merchandise. Merchandise damaged through shipping is not the liability of Treasures On Main the user accepts this term.
Trademark
No one individual, company, LLC, Sole Proprietor or INC may use Treasures On Main logo and/or pictures for their personal use or company use. The user accepts this term.
